Small caveat: enterprise with outside counsel didn’t budge much — have you tried seeding the intro with a DPA in the first email to pull security earlier?
Short answer from my side: I’m seeing the same pattern — one concrete thing that helped was writing down the exact handoff and timebox it to 15–20 min. Does that match what you’re running into?
But quick example: we added a ‘name the signers by Wed EOD’ gate and auto-dropped a Thu 15‑min decision-review hold with finance; Tuesday-first touches closed about 1.7 days faster, Friday barely moved because the first real meeting slid to next week.
