Enhancing Our Customer Feedback Process

I’ve been thinking about how we collect and respond to feedback from our customers. Recently, I noticed we’ve had some great insights that seemed to go unnoticed after the initial review. I’d love to discuss ways we can improve our process to ensure we’re not only hearing but truly integrating that feedback into our services.

, this drives me nuts too — we once gathered some valuable feedback using a simple Google Form, but it felt like it vanished after the review. Maybe if we made it a routine to revisit those insights in team meetings, they’d be less likely to get lost?

I’ve found having regular follow-up sessions specifically dedicated to discussing feedback can really help keep it in the spotlight. It’s like reactivating those insights; what do you think, @anne_holt30?

I totally get that! A quick monthly catch-up call to revisit feedback can really help. :microphone: What if we also tracked progress on action items from those sessions?
